"Ours was no simple kitchen remodel. We had more unexpected surprises than most reasonable people would be able handle. But through it all, Cecilia remained calm and most important came up with solutions. Her start-to-finish approach means she's with you from initial designs to permitting to keeping a very close eye on contractors. She's incredibly detailed, exceptionally talented, and on top of it all, a true pleasure to work with."- Carol and John, San Francisco condo kitchen remodel -
"We were originally planning to sell our rental property in Santa Rosa after making some improvements to it. We hired Cecilia to assist us in determining where to invest to get the biggest payoff. She provided space planning, resourced materials, and created computer-based 3D models and renderings that enabled us to see what the completed project would look like. Cecilia has a unique combination of talents which made her invaluable to us during this process. She has great design taste, is detail-oriented, and has a keen eye for space planning. Above all, the 3D modeling of each room, which enabled us to preview the overall flow of the house, was truly amazing and kept us motivated throughout the project. We love the final result so much that we've decided to keep the house and possibly live there in a few years. In the meantime, it rented out for twice the price we were getting prior to the improvements."- Margaret and Jim, Santa Rosa bungalow remodel -
"The foundation on my 100-year-old house needed to be redone, so I decided to raise the house temporarily, dig down to create 8 feet of clearance and build a basement with enough space to be fully utilized. Although the space wouldn't be built out immediately, I wanted to finalize a basic plan so that the contractor could put in all of the necessary infrastructure, e.g., plumbing and electrical, lighting, and windows, including an egress window while the foundation was being done. Cecilia was somehow able to take the requirements for a media room, recreation room, workshop/guest room, bathroom, kitchenette, utilities, laundry and storage and make it all work. She came up with new ideas and was easy to communicate with even though she worked on the project remotely. She also developed computer-based renderings to show me what the space would eventually look like. It looked so good on paper that I'm now in the process of building it out!"- Doug, Portland basement space planning project -
"We bought an older home in Berkeley, and because a lot of work was needed throughout, including foundation and roof repair, there wasn't a lot of budget left for remodeling. But we really wanted to redo the bathroom. Using innovative solutions and materials, Cecilia was able to design a beautiful bathroom remodel that could be built within our budget. Her design included lighting and color consultation, and she worked with the contractor and sub-contractors to make sure the end result was what we wanted. We are very pleased with the end result. The colors and materials are gorgeous, and the overall feel in the bath is so relaxing. We are so grateful that Cecilia worked with us on this project."- Letizia and Richard, Berkeley bathroom remodel -
